Shawn holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Kentucky.  He's successfully managed an extensive project portfolio of over $1.7 billion of work in place. He excels at developing and implementing strategic processes and controls to drive client objectives. His diverse project expertise spans large-scale university developments, commercial office core/shell construction, high-profile public parks and specialized tenant improvements. Notable achievements include directing the Stanford Escondido Village Graduate Residences project, which featured four 10-story towers and 2,423 beds, as well as overseeing the Keeneland Association Paddock & Operations Building Project and the Gatton Park on the Town Branch Project, both in Lexington, Kentucky.

Kevin Montgomery holds a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Education at the University of Toledo, where he attended on an athletic scholarship. As a results-driven executive, Kevin brings decades of comprehensive industry experience, spanning ground-up commercial builds, subdivision infrastructure and residential construction. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen a project portfolio of over $1.3 billion and managed complex individual developments ranging from $4 million to $20 million in the hospitality, retail, fuel and restaurant sectors.  Kevin’s technical expertise extends across the entire project lifecycle, encompassing pre-construction, vendor procurement, financial management, scheduling and field operations. As the former owner of his own development firm, he also possesses a deep, foundational understanding of site development, contracting and commercial tenant improvements. 

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience and a portfolio of over $1.5B of work in place to the team. Brad is a highly accomplished Construction Management Professional who specializes in pre-construction services, strategic planning and the execution of complex, multi-million-dollar design-build projects. Known as a servant-oriented leader, he excels at driving high-performance teams and fostering long-standing relationships with clients and contractors. His robust skill set encompasses rigorous safety leadership, disciplined cost and schedule control and comprehensive risk management from conceptual design all the way through project closeout.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University. As a highly motivated construction professional, Josh brings extensive experience in providing strong project leadership and breaking down complex challenges into manageable, actionable components.  Josh possesses a robust technical skill set, including expertise in OSHA 30 safety compliance, LEAN Construction, CPM scheduling, jobsite logistics and flow construction processes. His impressive project portfolio highlights his capability to manage builds across a wide spectrum of sizes and complexities, having successfully overseen projects ranging from under $1 million up to $250 million. 

Nick graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management. As a Construction Engineer, Nick brings hands-on expertise in directing day-to-day field operations and construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and strictly meet contract requirements. His strong foundation in preconstruction includes valuable experience in estimating, project planning, budgeting and scoping large-scale projects. Demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to nationwide service, Nick easily adapts to varying project scopes and site conditions across the country. Nick excels at resolving field issues and maintaining the strong stakeholder relationships essential to successful project execution.  

Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where he graduated from the Lewis Honors College. He has earned certifications in Aerospace Engineering and Lean Systems, holds an Engineer Intern (EI) designation in Florida and has successfully passed both the FE Mechanical and PE Thermal & Fluid Systems exams. Tristan thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where he successfully manages concurrent workloads and coordinates with multi-discipline teams to meet mission-critical deadlines. Tristan's rigorous problem-solving skills and commitment to stakeholder coordination ensure projects are executed with precision and high customer satisfaction. 

Jack earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville. With multiple years of specialized industry experience, Jack delivers operational efficiency during the critical early stages of development. He is a tenacious professional committed to providing clarity and organization long before ground is broken, ensuring that projects are strategically set up for success through detailed planning and analysis.  Jack is an expert in navigating complex nationwide permitting, licensing, and procurement processes. 

Lauren specializes in process creation and implementation, focusing specifically on integrating Autodesk Forma with internal operational systems. By leveraging these advanced platforms, she ensures that clients receive accurate, real-time data while equipping field teams with the coordinated digital tools necessary to maximize efficiency and mitigate risk. Her diverse primary responsibilities include operational systems management, process development and compliance, contractor and regulatory management, financial and accounting oversight, as well as human resources and onboarding.
